To offer a Zirconite Warranty the product must be applied by a Zirconite Accredited Installer.
To become a Zirconite Accredited Installer the following procedures must be agreed to and adhered to:
A full vehicle paint surface inspection must be carried out prior to the application of ZIRCONITE COATINGS ZQ9h, and ZC Boosta V2, to determine if any paint defects require rectification.
The Surf-ACE Compound and Polishing system must be used to ensure complete removal of any scratches, swirl marks or holograms. Following the compounding process at each stage, requires checks with the use of ZIRCONITE PANEL-PREP DEGREASER: this highly active cleaner/degreaser will highlight if there are any remaining defects which require further treatment.
The use of ZIRCONITE PANEL-PREP on all surfaces to be coated not only serves as an inspection solution, but will also ensure that there are no residues of any surface contaminates [dirt and silicones], which would interfere with the adhesion of any ZIRCONITE Coating.
For FULL Coating Application instructions please refer and adhere to the Manufacturers Installation Instructions contained in the kit. NB: Layering - It is NOT necessary to repeat the Panel-Prep process between the first and second coats.
Maintenance of Quartz and Ceramic Coatings must be carried out with the appropriate products selected from the Zirconite Maintenance/Aftercare product range to ensure pH neutral, acid and caustic free cleaning to both protect and preserve the longevity of the coatings
The Vehicle must be returned to the Zirconite Accredited Installer for an annual inspection to ensure the vehicle coatings have been correctly maintained and to replenish/restore the hydrophobic quality of the coatings.
